<div>Dear Friends,
</div>
<div>Our goshala at Houston Yoga &amp; Ayurveda Ashram is a rescue cow shelter for a loving cow family: Shankar, Uma and their baby Gayatri.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We invite you to join us in a noble cause that holds deep spiritual significance in Hindu tradition - the practice of Godan. Godan, the donation of a cow, is considered one of the most auspicious acts one can perform. It is believed that donating a cow brings immense blessings and helps in attaining eternal bliss.

<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why Godan?</strong>
</div>
<div>In Hindu tradition, cows are revered as sacred beings. They are seen as a divine gift. The Atharva Veda beautifully states, “The cows are the mothers of all living beings and the givers of all earthly pleasures.” By donating or supporting a cow, you are not only performing a pious act but also contributing to the well-being of society.

<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Our Mission</strong>
</div>
<div>We aim to provide a safe haven for our cows, including those that are injured or non-milking. Our shelter relies on donations to care for the cows and ensure they live a dignified life. Your contribution will help us provide food, medical care, and shelter for these beautiful animals.

<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How You Can Help</strong>
</div>
<div>Your generous donation will go directly towards the upkeep of cows in the HYA Goshala. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a significant difference. Together, we can uphold the sacred tradition of Godan and ensure the well-being of our beloved cows.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Join Us in This Noble Cause</strong>
</div>
<div>Let us come together as a community and support this divine cause. Your donation will not only bring blessings to you and your family but also help preserve a vital part of our cultural and spiritual heritage.
