Hello.
My name is Lamonte, and I am in desperate need of assistance for my daughters and me before we end up living on the streets. I am 48 years of age, A military veteran and a single father of 2 girls; Ages 2 and 5 and we are facing an eviction situation and have nowhere to go.
I've gone to every state and locally ran assistance program; nobody will help me in my situation. I've even gone to the Veterans Crisis Centers and they are saying they have run out of funding for the year and I have NO support system and KNOWHERE to turn.
Over a year ago my wife of 5 years up and left and abandoned my children and I for some guy she met on instagram and I have been a single father ever since. My car was repossessed during my marriage as my wife did not work during our entire 5 year message and I struggled to pay the bills as a result and NOW that we are separated she has a job but the state of Florida is so biased against fathers they refuse to file child support.
Being stuck in the house with 2 kids and no transportation for over a year has left me in a position to where I cant even obtain a job, as I have no one to help look after the kids. My ex-wife's parents are even worse than her and it's been MONTHS since they've even talked to their mother.
I' trying everything I can do. I see political campaigns raising millions of dollars. I am only asking for a little HELP so that I and my children don't end up living on the streets. The money will go towards; stopping the eviction, securing another months rent, paying for a month of daycare, down payment on a car so that i can go out and get a job and get back on my feet. I've exhausted all other options and don't know where else to turn. I'm on my knees just praying at this point. PLEASE Someone help us! I pray God bless anyone who does.
