Save my childhood home

My dad rented out my childhood home for income purposes when he fell on hard times. A company purchased the taxes and now are trying to take possession. The renter basically gutted the inside of the home and completely destroyed it. My dad and brother had put in new flooring and drywall before hand. Despite multiple attempts to evict the renter and gain access into the home, he was constantly denied as the police and courts claimed renters have more rights than property owners. Please help me and my brothers try to salvage what is left. I have until Decemeber 31st to get the money needed or we lose it forever. I know it doesnt look like much now but this will always be my home. I've included some photos.

kitchen cabinets and counter ripped out. Trim ripped off everything. Spray painted the door.
