Oakleys surgery

So as you all know, our pup Oakley went missing last night. The spca found her in the middle of the highway on 257/74 split. She has two fractures legs and and a possible fractured pelvis. She will be back to full recovery if we get the surgery, praying like hell I don't have to put her down today. Anything helps!!
