Home for the Holidays

In November 2013, while Howell resident, Staff Sergeant Mark Towle was in the Monmouth County Police Academy working towards his next endeavor in protecting and serving our country, his wife, Kristy Towle, gave birth to their first child Kaylee Towle. Mark spent 7 short months bonding with his daughter before being deployed for the third time overseas (2 prior tours in Iraq with the US Army's 4th Infantry Division).  

Kaylee just turned one and she misses her Daddy. Kristy has felt the burden of raising a newborn on her own and she misses her husband.  As lifelong Monmouth County residents and high school sweethearts, let’s give thanks for all Mark and Kristy have sacrificed to ensure our countries safety and freedom.   For so many of American's servicemen and woman, the No. 1 holiday wish is a simple one: to go home.  Mark will be coming home for  five days for Christmas.  But just like many others, the high cost of flying puts the financial burden on the family.  If we help raise money to pay for Mark's trip, this will help them save that money and put it towards fun things like Christmas toys for Kaylee.  

So I am asking for a small donation to help make this possible. Even a $1 donation will help supplement the cost for the family!  Mark is closer to wishing his daughter a happy belated first birthday in person, giving Kristy a much needed thank you kiss, and spending the holidays with his loved ones.  Please spread the word and pay for the costs to bring Monmouth County Sheriff's Officer SSgt Mark Towle home for the holidays!
