We are Huts for Hope.
We have been building "Huts" Portable Homeless Shelters since November of 2014.
Our program has proven itself a worthwhile project and has sparked people from all around the world to join in to build tiny structures for the Homeless!
We have made 16 so far and each time, we make big improvments to our design based off the needs of the population who uses them.
We focus on the Portland, Or, Vancouver, Wa and Seattle, Wa areas!
This movement means a lot to us at Huts for Hope, as most of us on our crew have either spent some time homeless or have been very close to being in that situation. We don't come from money. We understand the need.
People are dying everyday, from either frost bite, abuse, infections from dirty living conditions and being unable to get off the ground, ext
Over 650,00 people are homeless in the U.S.A Right now and the numbers are growing everyday.
If you would like to help us continue building for our most Vulnerable population, Please give what you can.
