Husband, Father, and Provider

I don’t know how to start or what I am truly expecting from something like this but here it goes. Four years ago I had to have a surgery to help prolong my life. Now I am have to have a second surgery due to pain that I have felt for 20+ years that has worsened exponentially in the last three years. I have cut back on the number of days that I work and the hours that I work and I can no longer avoid this situation. My life over the last year has been a shell of my former life and I don’t know what to do or where to go. My wife Leann and our children are my world and I feel like I am holding them back daily because of the pain that I feel. Most of my off days I don’t want to do anything and hardly leave the house and I am hoping that this surgery will help. I guess what I am hoping for is a helping hand with expenses for the time that I will be off work and the time that it will take getting back to working full time (hopefully). All I know to do is say thank you, for your time and your generosity. Our family can’t thank you enough.
