Hurt on my job

My name is Antonio.  I was injured on my job April 2019. I’ve not been able to work since my injury.  As a result of my work injury I will have surgery November 26, 2019.  So I can return to work comfortably and live pain free.
I’ve been on workers compensation since my injury and only receive 62% of my take home pay.  This does not include all the overtime work I can take in.  This income is substantially lower than what I would normally bring home bi-weekly. This unfortunate and unforeseen life event has caused a terrible financial bind with my family (wife, and 2 kids).  
My wife dose work and does help with the bills but we are in over our heads.  We’re now in a position that we have to make a decision if we are going to eat or pay utilities.
Within the coming weeks we will not even have a place to live as we have been forced to be evicted.  With my upcoming surgery and the holiday season fast approaching I’m asking for help.  What is given will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you to all and happy holidays.
