Hello my name is Samantha Vargas. My mother is Elizabeth Vargas, she was a police officer at the 26 precinct in Manhattan and is located in San German Puerto Rico! We are working with the NYPD and NLOA to bring help to San German, Hormigueros, Mayaguez, Cabo Rojo and other small towns. There is no help reaching the south west side of the island from ANY foundations so were are trying our best to help all of those people left behind. People aren't receiving food water gas or anything! We're asking for donations of ANY AMOUNT or items that you can send will help! We're asking for batteries flashlights canned foods baby milk pampers even feminine hygiene products or anything that they can use in this hard time! These donations will be sent directly to my mom on the entire side of the island not receiving any help! We will be posting videos and pictures of people receiving donations, supplies or items to help fix there homes. This will be going on for months so we are here to help at anytime.
