Hurricane Victim Louisa LeBlanc

My name is Heidi Joseph.  My sister, Louisa Le Blanc, has lived in the Marigot neighborhood of St. Martin for almost thirty years and raised five children there.  Her home was severely damaged by Hurricane Irma and she has lost many of her possessions.  The roof of her house was blown off by the storm.  She still has no running water or electricity.  She has no way of charging her cell phone, no car to get supplies, and barely any contact with the outside world.  She has no transportation to even receive the water that was being delivered by an aid agency.  Please help her raise money to find transportation to Guadaloupe so her daughter can take two of her grandchildren to school there and to temporarily relocate from the only home she's known for three decades.
