Hurricane Sharknado

Hurricane Irma was not so great to us. Joe, myself and our son Jordan spent the duration of the storm feverishly sweeping water out the front door. The roof was torn off and the rain started pouring in. The ceiling and the walls were saturated and some of it just couldn't handle it and gave way. After the storm we assessed the damage and the consensus wait it had to have been a tornado that hit us. Neighbors confirmed with eyewitness accounts. We are fine. Needless to say most of our home is unlivable and who knows when someone will be able to start repair. We have also been told by a worker from the power company that electricity may take a few weeks to come back in our area. So many of you have reached out to us with so much love and concern. That means so much to us. Thank you. Knowing that we have such support from all of you really helps our spirits.
