Hurricane Relief for EELT Employees

Several weeks ago Hurricane Harvey swept through the Gulf Coast and stalled over the Houston area, triggering catastrophic flooding in many parts of the city. While we are fortunate that no one from our Light Turbines shop sustained personal injury or loss of life, several of our employees are now faced with the challenge of putting their homes and lives back together. To ease the financial burden, the Light Turbines shop has decided to set up a Go Fund Me site to support our co-workers who were affected by the storm. Every little bit helps, no matter how big or small the donation. We can make a difference in the lives of our EthosEnergy family.

As the Human Resources Specialist for Light Turbines I will be collecting the funds through the Go Fund Me account to ensure they are properly dispersed the affected employees in the Light Turbines business. Funds will be dispersed between impacted employees to use on expenses such as extra car payments, rent payments, and insurance deductibles caused by Hurricane Harvey.  As this is going to multiple employees, the funds will be withdrawn into one account and then completely dispersed between impacted employees.
