Hurricane Michael Mexico Beach

Hello my name is Alexis. My mother owns a campground in Mexico beach and it’s been totally wiped out as the rest of the town. Fortunately we are one of the families that are okay and like to help others first. I started this on behalf of the supplies needed. Everyone is without power, water, sewer, and communication. They need gas for theirs cars to leave (if they have one anymore) and for their generators if they have to or insist on staying. It’s unsanitary, they can’t get supplies, take showers, do laundry, dishes, warm up bottles, use the bathroom, charge their phones , or cook without fire , gas, or propane. They can’t even see . It’s sad to see our town be completely wiped out. I grew up here my whole life and my mom was on city council when I was a little girl. Rebuilding can open but will take forever. Right now they need ice , water, gas, candles, clothes, outdoor portable showers, waste bags, trash bags, food, flashlights, gas cans, tools, generators, anything they can get honestly. I will post pictures of receipts of everything I buy with the donations . I thank you for putting one step forward to rebuild our town we call home.
