Hurricane Maria Disaster Help

Hello,
My family is from the southeast part of Puerto Rico, in Guayama. My granparents and many aunts and uncles were hit with the devestation of Maria, as they were directly in the eye path, and have lost everything they have. There are some effects that we are not even yet aware of because it is so difficult to communicate with that part of the island (only 27% of the cell phone towers are working so they cannot communicate out.)

Specifically, my diabetic grandmother is in danger of running out of insulin very soon. Additionally, my whole family is running out of food, water, and gas for generators, and they face the arduous task of needing to completely rebuild their homes and their lives. There are no functional supermarkets or stores in the area. 

I'm looking to do anything I can to help them during this extremely difficult time. I've been heartened to see the ways people have worked together during our recent natural disasters, and any support you can give would mean the world to me and my family.
