Steve and Caytee Panama City Help

Hi everyone,
My name is John Stransky from Ann Arbor, MI. Like many people affected by Hurricane Michael, my brother Steve and his wife Caytee are feeling the impact of the storm and the destruction it brought first hand.
They along with their two dogs and cat evacuated Panama City to a safe distance before the storm hit and are thankfully all safe. Upon returning to their home to survey the damage, they were fortunate to find the house still standing, but after entering their home it was clear that the damage to the inside was more extensive than they had imagined it would be.    
They cannot stay at their home at this point as there is no power or water. There is extensive water damage to the whole house from the hole where their roof came off. They are fortunate to have Family close by that they can stay with for the time being.
While they do have insurance, there is no timetable yet for when they might receive assistance. Steve's office is unusable for work and while Caytee's school received minimal damage, there is no return to work date yet for either of them.
They are two loving, caring people who put others first. They would never ask for this sort of assistance, and I only wanted to create this page for the many Family and Friends that they have, who have reached out and asked how they can help.
I know they will have the strength and courage to move forward and rebuild their home with a little help from their friends and family. The funds raised here will go directly to Steve and Caytee, I am only setting this up on their behalf. Steve and Caytee will withdraw the funds directly to their bank account. The money will help them bridge the gap from lost wages and to help replace items that will not be covered by insurance. Their needs are many at this point, but the costs of fuel, food and clean up resources will all be adding up as the weeks go on.
If you just happened upon this page and would rather make a donation to a charity or an organization, Steve said that the Red Cross and the Salvation Army have been very visible and helpful in the past week since the storm.
