Hurricane Harvey-Fill the truck!

Hi, my name is Ashley Bohling and I am working on a hurricane relief project with my family members, including, James Bohling, Brad and Shannon Strom and many others. Our hope is to help those affected and in desperate need.
Due to the recent catastrophic flooding from Hurricane Harvey, horrific and devastating pictures from all over the state of Texas have flooded the news and social media. Witnessing an event such as this has opened the eyes of many and essentially, put the “I WANT TO HELP” mentality in everyone's heads. However, many do not know where to go, where to donate, or what to do. We will personally be driving U-Haul trucks, to deliver items to Red Cross locations in Texas that are in need of supplies. With your help, we want to show the people of Texas that there are good people watching, praying, and willing to lend a helping hand in their time of need. We hope everyone will SHARE this page, so we can help families get back on their feet.
With the money donated, we will be purchasing these items listed below per the American Red Cross website:
· Food: Unexpired, non-perishable and easy-to-make, water
· Children’s Supplies: Diapers, wipes, bottles, formula, diaper rash cream (in their original, unopened packaging)
· Clothing: NEW underwear, socks, undershirts
· Supplies: Cleaning supplies (e.g. bleach, sponges, gloves)
· Bedding: New bedding sheets, towels, wash clothes
· Personal hygiene: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, toothpaste, toothbrushes
We will be posting updates on our page, so you can follow your donations, as they get into the hands of those who need it most. Our plan is to collect donations until September 22nd so we can get these items to Texas by the end of the month.
