Hurricane Harvey Tata Relief

Donation protected
I know we are all overwhelmed right now with the devastation all over North America.  If your like me you want to help everyone and only have so much time and resources so you ask yourself where do I even begin???  I am struggling daily with that.  I really don’t have the answer.  One of my lifelong hero’s is Mother Theresa.  Throughout my life and trials her words somehow echo truth in my soul.  Again in this time of sadness and helplessness I have found strength in them again.   She said “Never worry about numbers. Help one person at a time and always start with the person nearest you.”   I don’t believe she meant distance necessarily.  The one person that is need from a natural disaster, that I feel I can be most effective today is Mila’s father, as many of us know lovingly as Tata.    Mila’s father chased the American Dream for he and his children all the way from Czech Republic many years ago.   He worked diligently and hard for his wife and children to provide a home and life in Houston for his family.  A place he could someday retire.  His home has been torn away.  All that is left is the foundation and frame.  Imagine that?  Sit in the middle of your house and look around.  Now imagine nothing but the frame left.  That is where he sits now.   We can help!  Tata is fortunate, in that he has the man power to help put the walls and floors back.  He just needs the materials and currently cannot afford them.    First and foremost he needs to redo at least one room so he can sleep there while he slowly does the work of rebuilding his home.   It will not take a lot.  I know you are stretched, I know he is not alone, there are millions right now.  Someone much wiser then me said “Do good.  As much as you can, as often as you can, wherever you can.”   This is one way I can that is closest to me and I hope it seems close to you too now.    Remember there are millions effected but there are more that are not.  If all those who are not effected do a little for those who are, it WILL amount to helping them all.  Love to all!

See Below for details from the family.

Tata ( our dad) and mama lost thier home due to hurricane Harvey.
We would like to help getting them any kind of donations possible to help them rebuid their lives.
The flood water reached over the roof and their home is totally damaged.
Everything is ruined.
Tata is on limited retirement income and he needs help cleaning the house and rebuilding it.
He applied to Fema but no one  has gotten back to him.
He wants to just get one room ready where he can sleep. He has people ready to help him but he has no money to buy materials.
Any help will be appreciated.
We know its hard as we have been hit by Irma a week later and now our friends are surviving hurricane Maria  in Puerto Rico.  Any amount will help. Thank you.
