Hurricane Harvey Relief BBQ
Tax deductible
As the flooding from Hurricane Harvey continues to impact Houston and the surrounding areas, we felt as though there was only one thing to do - Throw a huge barbecue to benefit those that need help. And not your run-of-the-mill burgers and dogs BBQ, we mean real Texas Barbecue. Rob "Tex" Baldwin will be firing up the smoker out back, while Alex "Burnt the Steak" Steinwald goes new-school on the sous vide. There will be brisket, ribs, pulled pork, turkey, sausages, and more. Oh, and beer too of course (byob).
We ask that you give a $20+ donation, all benefits of which will go to Houston Relief and Aid.
Thanks to the following business who have agreed to help with the cause!
Hill Country BBQ/DC - Brisket
Stachowski's - Sausages
Harvey's Market - Pork Butt
Republic Kolache - Kolache
If you can not make it to our event please give regardless as every dollar makes a difference!
