Mary Tolleson Harvey Recovery Fund

My mother in law, along with many in my neighborhood have been displaced from their homes due to the flooding caused by hurricane Harvey. Mary has lost so much in her home due to this disaster and she needs help to recover. Without flood insurance, this will be a struggle for her.
