Hurricane Harvey Frahms

Hey guys! This is Jessica,  Jakes little sister! I started this account in hopes of raising money for my brother, sister-in-law, niece and nephew. They are long term Turlock residents but recently moved to Friendwood (just outside Houston TX) in January this year. Although they were lucky enough not to have to evacuate, on August 27th the flood water from Hurricane Harvey soaked through their walls flooding  the first floor of their two story home. This caused a lot of damage, not only to the walls and wood floors but to anything else left on the ground that they could not get upstairs (beds, appliances , dinning room table, ect). Along with the damage to the house, their car was hit on the street in the middle of the chaos. Their fences and shed are damaged and their yard is a wreck. Although they have flood insurance we have now found out they will not receive any money for approximately one year and there is a lot that may not be covered. In the meantime there is a lot of work to be done in a lot of money to be spent. We have no idea on total damages yet or how expensive it will all be but anything will help get them back to where they need to feel comfortable in their own home again. Thank you so much for any donation made, prayers given or positive words of encouragment. It has been a long week of no sleep a lot of stress and some very scary moments. We are hoping the worst is behind them.
