Hurricane Florence Victim Support

To help the victims of Hurricane Florence, who have lost everything. They have been off of work and need help, with even the normal daily things, many take for granted. I am also collecting goods/ non perishables  and will take them to Washington, NC on Monday 9-24-18.  They will be delivered to First Church of Christ 520 East Tenth Street Washington, NC 27889. My contacts there are Pansy Champion and Kimberly Fletcher, both living there but from my hometown. That is how I decided where I wanted my donations to go. After the donated goods, a 35 ft trailer full, is delivered, I also gave them $622, that was cash/check donations the day we delivered the trailer load of donations.  The money from this account will be sent to Pansy Champion who along with Kimberly will buy additional items that they see the need for after delivering the collected donations. I see a need for more baby food and diapers, which we did not collect many of with our drive. They can better access what the communities need , since they live among the people that are affected.  Once the funds are in my bank account, I will write a check for them and pay the expenses incurred in delivery of truck/trailer to Washington,NC.  The  pictures show the collections, us delivering them and the Navy help, I solicited, and the delivery of these items to the needy at THree Rivers Church in New Bern, NC.
