Dear Family and Friends
Many of you may be aware that my Homeland Honduras was tremendously affected by Hurricane ETA especially my hometown the city of La Lima. This tragedy affected many of my loved ones including family and my closest of friends.
I would like you to understand that in Honduras there is not such a thing as FEMA or any kind of government help whatsoever and in many occasions the people in need NEVER receive the help that is sent to them. Our people depend on their family and friends to lend them a helping hand and unfortunately I cannot do that all on my own.
Please help my family and I help our people as sometimes is not as simple as collecting non-perishables, we have to make sure the help goes directly to those in need and it can get costly. The pictures on the video shared on this link depict the extreme damage the floods left behind for family members and closest friends and they are just a few of the many people I know as my ENTIRE hometown was under water for days and some areas continue to be under water.
Every little bit counts and it will be greatly appreciated by not just my family but by all of those who will receive this help.
