Hurricane Agatha Humanitarian Relief Fund

Donation protected
On May 30th, Hurricane Agatha made history as the strongest hurricane ever recorded to come ashore in May in the Eastern Pacific leaving a wake of destruction in its path. The community of Puerto Escondido was spared the worst of the damage, but tragically their neighbors just south in Puerto Angel and surrounding areas were devastated by the torrential wind and rain. Most are still without power, many of the roads are closed or washed out, and basic survival amenities like food and water are being driven or walked in.

The local community in Puerto Escondido is working together alongside a multitude of organizations to deliver food, water, hygiene supplies, clothing, medications, and temporary shelter to those communities desperately in need.   Please help! No dollar amount is too little to help make a difference and relief efforts are expected to be ongoing for weeks to come!

I have been traveling to Puerto Escondido and surrounding areas for over 20 years, consider it to be a second home and the community within  family.    All money raised will be transferred directly to longtime friend and renowned photographer Edwin Morales, who is strategically coordinating with locals:  Roxel Perez, Jose Ramirez, Marcial Monreal, Rodger Ramirez, along with other organizations the purchase and distribution of relief supplies (food, water, hygiene products, clothing, tarps, medications and building materials).

¡Gracias!
