Hungry Gives Back Charity: STEP2

STEP2 is one of the 2022 Hungry Gives Back charities. 100% of the net proceeds from 2022 Hungry Events (including Reno Food & Drink Week and Sparks Food & Drink Week) will be split between these charities; however, I wanted to give our community the chance to donate as well. 

Any donations made through this campaign will go directly to STEP2.

STEP2 is a private, local nonprofit in Reno, Nevada dedicated to saving lives and restoring families by providing comprehensive, coordinated services related to the treatment and recovery of chemically dependent women and their families, resulting in sustainable self-sufficiency.

When a woman is ready to leave STEP2, she is clean and sober, she is gainfully employed, she has reunified with her children and she has learned life skills that will allow her to create and maintain a better life for herself and her family.
