Visa para Mario y Familia

In October 2017, Angelica, Mario, and eight-year-old son Anthony traveled to Juarez, Mexico for an immigration appointment they thought was for Mario to receive his residency. After years of an extensive application process and lots of money paid they had finally heard back about his case. Unfortunately, at this appointment, Mario was deported for ten years and not given any other choices to go back to the US with his family again. After having to come back to Denver without Mario, Angelica visited numerous lawyers that said there wasn't anything they could do. Only a few weeks after all this hardship more happened to this family. Their son at 18 months received a diagnosis of two different cancerous tumors around his spinal cord and an extreme case of scoliosis which is a severe curvature of the spine that limits his mobility. Now a few years after two major back surgeries and chemotherapy his tumors had grown and treatment is required again. Their son has also had to seek mental health help due to all the stress and uncertainty of not having his dad around. Angelica has found a job and is doing the best she can with her situation, but she often needs to take time off to take her son to his appointments. This gofundme is to apply for a humanitarian visa for Mario. At this critical point in their son's life, he needs to be with him and his mom. Cancer is very tough on parents but even more on single parents. Although it wouldn't be a permanent solution, it would be helpful during their son's treatment. While we know this isn't an isolated incident, it is an important one, and many have been asking the family how they can help. Please consider giving anything you can. The funds will go to the filing fees for the immigration visa and their son's treatment. Thank you!

Gracias!
