The challenge will be a gruelling 406 mile journey over 5 days. Beginning in Hull at the KCOM Stadium on Monday 19th August, the Foundation team will touch base at the home ground of every English-based Super League club whilst making their way to Wembley, where they plan to arrive on the afternoon of Friday 23rd August, a day before the cup final.
Money raised for the charity bike ride to the nation’s capital will be split - 25% of the money will be given to former Hull FC player Jansin Turgut and his rehabilitation after his horrific accident, the other 25% to help contribute and continuation of the successful projects in the community such as Wheel Chair Rugby, Old Faithful and the Future Players Programme. The remaining 50% will be given to the Soldiers League Charity who help with individuals who have served or who are serving members of the armed forces who are in need by virtue of sickness, disability or financial hardship.
Any sponsorship or donation to any of these causes are kindly appreciated.
