<div>Following recent inspections, we have been advised that the most cost-effective solution would be to remove the bell tower completely. However, this structure is far more than timber and lead— it is part of our shared heritage. It has marked the start of school days, and stood watch over hundreds of children who passed through these classrooms.

<div>We believe it deserves to stand for another 150 years.
</div>
<div>There must be hundreds of people still living locally — and many more further afield — who once attended this school. This is an opportunity for former pupils, families and community members to help preserve a piece of their own story.

<div>Restoring the bell tower will:
