Hugs for Andy and Chelsea!!

 Notice his big bright eyes. Just like his big sister. He is doing great for 27 weeks. His strong momma got all the right medicine at UNC Chapel Hill the 2 days before his birth. He is breathing on his own but is getting supportive oxygen for the first few days.  He has an IV for hydration because it will be some time before he is getting his breastmilk by mouth. He will be monitored very closely and once stable may be able to be transfered to Wakemed Raleigh, where he will continue to be monitored closely for 2-3 months. Chelsea and Andy are proud to welcome their second beautiful baby. His name is Lazarus F. Dillon. He is weighing in at 2 pounds & 1 1/2 ounces. 17 inches long. He was due to arrive on April 10th.  He came on January 11. They will be missing work, paying for parking, and meals on the go. Chelsea and Andrew are both string instructors with a non-profit. They enjoy their work but as musicians, they recieve no benefits or vacation time.  Did I mention parking at UNC is $10 daily? Let's show some love! Chelsea and Andy will be bedside for the next 50 days or so.  They have done this before and this time we are prepared and aware of the long road ahead.
