Huff's Flood Fund

As many of you know by now, Hurricane Harvey dumped an insane amount of rain in Texas and has done a considerable amount of damage not only to us, but to many of our Texas neighbors.   Jo and I have sustained a considerable amount of damage to our house due to flooding in our area.  We have almost two feet of water in our house at the moment and have lost everything inside the house as well as everything outside the house.  

Many of you have contacted us asking what we need and what you can do for us.  As of right now the flood waters are still present and have not started to recede yet.  Therefore we do not know our needs at the moment.  Jo and I talked about it and thought that the best way we can be helped as of right now was to set up a "Go Fund Me" page.  If any of our Family and Friends feel called to help they can do so in the form of a monetary donation. This way, we don't receive too many of one thing and not enough of another.  With the monetary donation we can buy what we need at the time and be able to buy items we need as we go.  There are many of you that can't donate and we don't expect you to.  Prayers and positive thoughts are what we need most of all.  We don't expect an over abundance of donations but we thought that this would be the easiest way for anyone that wants to help to do so.  

We thank each and every one of you for you texts, phone calls, offers of help, thoughts and prayers.  Jo and I are truly blessed by each and every one of you.  When the flood waters finally recede we will have a better plan of what we need to do and how we need to go about doing it.  Thank you and God bless.
