Huerta Family Almeda Fire Relief

It’s been a hard couple of months for my family, and an unreal week to top it off. In the span of the last two months we have lost two of our puppies that we had had for 13 years. My dad had to have back to back surgeries to try to fix a torn tendon in his arm (which he still can’t fully move). And now we have lost our home of 18 years and everything in it. I know god only gives us what we can handle but the last few months have been harder than i would have imagined. I’m grateful that although we have lost it all we have each other. And I’m grateful for all of the help we have received from Kids Unlimited and one family in particular that has gone above and beyond to help my family. A lot of people have reached out to ask how they can help my family. And in all honestly, i was in denial about all of this. It’s been hard to process it all. I just can’t believe my childhood home and neighborhood is actually gone. Now that I’ve had some time to process i would like to reach out to those who had contacted me asking how they could help. We’re trying to get back on our feet after such a shitty couple of months. Anything helps. From the smallest donation to simply sharing. I truly appreciate any form of help.
