Hudson’s medical expenses
Sunday night Meg knew something was seriously wrong with Hudson. He went from a happy, playful, fun-loving dog to lethargic and unable to get up in the blink of an eye. After being rushed to the emergency vet, two year old Hudson was diagnosed with immune mediated thrombocytopenia, after countless tests and procedures. This autoimmune condition causes Hudson’s immune system to attack itself and destroys his platelet count, causing internal bleeding and severe complications. Hudson may need lifelong treatment and has been completely unexpected and costly.
The financial burden this has put on Meghan is hard for anyone to handle, let alone a hardworking newly graduated OT who moved to a new city on her own with just her pup. If I know one thing about Meghan it’s that she loves this dog and did everything she could to make sure he was okay and properly cared for. Any donation you are able to make will make a difference so she can focus on what’s important right now.
