Pocket's bucket list

Hi,  my name is Jayden, on behalf of my famiy, I am starting this fund to help raise funds for a very special close friend who has been diagnosed with terminal Cancer.

This has deeply impacted her family and everyone in her life. Our dear friend's name is Tracey, she has been a dedicated nurse, caring for patients and is incredibly selfless. Tracey has a gorgeous young family with two children aged 15 and 12 years of age.

Tracey has made a bucket list and is hoping to tick as many things off it as she is able, creating beautiful, lasting memories for her husband and children. Any donation, you awesome people can afford, will help make this possible. This family never asks for anything,  they are generous and humble in spite of all that has happened.

I am keeping this fund a secret from Tracey as this will be gifted to her once the target has been reached. I thank you all for helping out this family.

You can see her story on Chanel 9 on the new TV series "This time next Year". She has a wonderful family and I would love, with your help, to be able to give them the opportunity to get that bucket list done.
