Jim's Transplant

In December of 2016, Jim was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease. Recently he was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease. Jim will at some point have a kidney and pancreas transplant. He will receive a pager and the second it goes off, Jim and Sammi will have so many hours to be down in Des Moines to start the 8 to 10 hour surgery. There will also be a bank account set up in Rockford if you are not comfortable donating online.
