Liebe, liebe Menschen,

 

Ich fühle und genieße: Menschen, Welt, alles was dazu gehört, kann so gut sein.

Leben hat das Potential, eine LEBENDIGE Reise zu sein! ...und hier fühle ich den Drang, anzusetzen.

Dort, wo die Lebendigkeit verloren geht, wo wir nicht wissen, wie das „nicht-gute“ zu verdauen ist. Und eigentlich können Menschen das so gut, verdauen. Körperlich und emotional! Genau das möchte ich zurückbringen.

Vor einer Weile habe ich mich auf den Weg gemacht und lerne, lerne, lerne. Lerne über Schuld und Scham, über Körper(n), Genuss, Ekstase, Heilen. Und fühle mich davon so erfüllt.

 

Auf meiner Reise kommt nun: TIFA! The institute for aliveness, mit einem 18-Monate Programm und einem revolutionären Mix aus Themen zu Körper, Mind und Spirit.

Ein Programm, bei dem es ums eigene Erfahren und Verkörpern geht, was am Ende zu noch mehr Präsenz und Lebendigkeit führt.

Das, was ich dort sammle, werde ich für all meine Projekte und mein Leben nutzen können. Eine ganz konkrete Möglichkeit ist, Sessions anzubieten als "holistic health coach" - in einem tiefen Sinne, wie ich selbst bei Sessions von graduierten students erfahren habe.

 

Die Kursgebühren betragen 7500€. Mit dem Geld was hier zusammenkommt werde ich die Kursgebühren zahlen und das Geld zurückzahlen, was ich mir für die Registrierung geliehen habe.

Dear ones,

 

I am in love - with life!

Life has the potential to be so VIBRANT, EXCITING and... ALIVE. And I hear and feel the call to support exactly this within me and around me!

Bringing to light those things where aliveness gets lost (for me it has a lot to do with developmental trauma).

My healing journey began a while ago and I am learning, learning, learning. Learning about shame and guilt, about body, joy, ecstasy, healing, feeling, feeling, feeling. It deeply fulfills me. 

 

The next part of my journey is calling me: TIFA. The institute for aliveness is offering a revolutionary 18-months program, containing topics around body, mind and spirit.

A program that is about experiencing and deep transformation, which can guide us towards more presence and aliveness!

By showing up fully in the program I can become a holistic health coach - an opportunity for me to connect deeply with myself and hold space for others.

 

The course fee is 7500€. I will use the money to pay the course and pay back money that I lent to register. At this point in my life I don't have saving but I am hoping to pay back to community with everything I am learning and becoming <3
