Our Reunion is set for Saturday August 1, 2015 at the Causeway Bay Hotel in Lansing, Michigan. There will be music, dancing, hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. We will also reserve a block of rooms.
To make sure this event is a success we have set up this special fund raising account called “Go Fund Me”. With today’s technology we can raise money through this safe and secure website. We are asking for a donation of any amount to help raise money for our 30th class reunion which will help lower the cost of the reunion and if we raise enough there may be little or no cost for tickets (except for your own drinks and hotel room if you are staying).
Our Goal is $3,000. i.e. If 150 people or more just donate $20 or$25. In addition, this will help cover the costs for music, food, mailing costs, etc. Our goal is to raise enough money so that we could possible not have to charge an entry fee to the reunion!! Please do not feel obligated, but we want to make sure that everyone understands that this is just a fundraiser but it may help in the long run if we reach our goal.
Anyone can donate to this fund, so spread the word. Forward this to our classmates that do not have Facebook! Ask your parents to donate :)
Our graduating class has always had a great turnout at our reunions and we all know how to have a great time. Let’s do whatever we can to keep that tradition alive. It's important that we come together and celebrate our past, our present and our future!
