Hudson Sloop Club
The Hudson Sloop Club runs a free weekly afterschool program at the Hudson Intermediary School. We build boats, learn wood working skills and about the history and ecology of the Hudson river. This programming is free for all participants.
For the past year our instructors have volunteered their time and our materials have been limited by a small budget.
Please help us make our Spring Programming possible, by contributing to our campaign. This spring we hope to pay our instructors, increase our budget, and expand our goals for the program.
We want to design, build and launch a boat. We have until January 1st to raise this money, your donations will enable the Sloop Club to offer this program to the Hudson City School District this spring!
