Single mom with cancer is homeless

Hi there... My name is Jennifer Williams and I have two wonderful children... Noah, 15 and Jenna, who just turned 11. And I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in March of 2010. I was going to school to become a physical therapy assistant looking to make $35 an hour to start and going through a divorce after an 18 year marriage... To fighting for my life while the cancer ravaged my bones making me unable to physically do the work I'd be finishing school to do. Now in the almost 5 years of battling I've lost use of my left leg as well as my left arm. They aren't completely useless but I have to use a cane to walk and my arm has a rod and screws in it and will never work properly. So I had to give up my dream of helping others to walk again to being the patient who needs the help. That was horribly tough to handle as I had no idea how I would continue to support my children now that becoming a PTA was no longer an option for me. I originally survived because I was granted money from my ex in the divorce each month to survive on. But now he has been unable to pay me anything as he lost his business in July of 2013. I was in the hospital at this time battling shingles across my face and all over my body. And my landlord was evicting me knowing where I was at the time.
My friends and family have supported us from that point until now. I have applied for disability but have not been approved so far. So I am unable to have my own home again until I can find a way to make income somehow while still being on chemo and still fighting for my life. My cancer isn't curable so that makes knowing how I will continue to survive very difficult. What I am praying for is to be approved for disability... I'll get my cancer under control again... As I did with a stem cell transplant at Thanksgiving in 2012. And somehow stay alive long enough that they will find a cure for my cancer. So what I'm asking for help now with is the money I would need for a down payment on a condo for us to live and enough money to afford the utilities and rent until disability is approved and I can find a way to pay the rent myself. I do believe in my heart that I will somehow find a way to survive because I have been to hell and back many times these last 5 years and I am still managing to survive. All I need is your help in getting me back on my feet literally and physically until I can find a way to get there on my own. Thank you in advance for helping us on this journey called life. I'm living proof that miracle's do happen as they thought I'd never leave the hospital in March of 2010 and I'm still standing strong facing the battle head on every day... with a smile on my face and a song in my heart that I've been blessed with another day to live and see my children grow up and give them all of the love and guidance they need to thrive.
