I've been in financial distress for a bit over a year now and despite things repeatedly coming up to slow me down I have been able to slowly chip away at debts. Things were looking up, I was seeing a way out.

Recently I was hit with an unexpected tax reassessment from a previous year and now need to pay by March 31 before more fees and interest piles up. I am unable to take care of this myself without making it worse and prolonging my way out so I am asking for help.
