I am a mother of two young children and a teenager. Our small family has recently been through a tragic situation where two wonderful police officers lost their lives trying to protect us in a domestic violence situation.

As I am still trying to make sense of this horrible tragedy, I also have to try to figure out how to start over and provide a home for my children.
