Howl’s ASAP Knee Surgery

I was away from home for 4 days in early August, and upon returning home I found Howl to have a severe limp and obvious pain and discomfort. Once I took him to the vet, and after taking X-rays, it was determined that he had a rare condition for cats called medial patella luxation. After consulting with a surgeon, it was determined that immediate corrective surgery is needed in order to keep his knee from sustaining any further damage and to ensure he would be able to live comfortably.
Howl is an emotional service animal for me and only 10 months old, I have a strong need for him in my life and need for him to be able to live comfortably and without risk of severe damage to either his knee or otherwise that can be caused by this issue.
