#HoustonStrong "Do Good" Campaign

UPDATE:
We are a Houston-based dance couple emphasizing in the fusion of bachata and contemporary dance. We are traveling artists, teaching and performing at local, national, and international events. #TeamDoubleDs is dedicated to helping their neighboring community and have a direct impact and assistance to our fellow Houstonians to the best of our capabilities.
We were stranded for 10 days outside of our hometown and felt an intense need to actively do something to help Houston rebuild from the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. Our original plan was to help small north Houston shelters housed in churches and local colleges, but those shelter had been relocated to the main downtown shelter location upon our return. However, Daisy was affected by the hurricane and also the students at the school she teaches at. #DoGoodCampaign will help Daniel and Daisy directly assist in any new presented needs for student’s and their families at Reece Academy that were displaced and affected by the flood. An amazon wish list will be created for each family and the funds will be distributed evenly.
Once we have access to the funds, we will purchase the items and find the best prices possible to be able to help in abundance to the Harvey Victims at Reece Academy and help them get back on to their feet.

How can YOU help:

We are currently in D.C. and have not been able to make it back home due to airport closings because of Hurricane Harvey's aftermath.
We decided to "do good" instead of feeling helpless and with the help of the connections and kindness of friendships we have made here, we are able to bring awareness to magnitude of what is happening back home. HELP REBUILD HOUSTON!
