Houses for our dog friends in TOGIAK

Hi, This is Kim from Straw For Dogs doing what I am always doing lately....asking for donations to help provide insulated houses and straw for dogs living outside in Alaska. We have about 10 houses requested for our dog friends in Togiak. I would like to get them all houses and straw before the weather gets even colder. But we need your help!

A large house for a dog over 50 lbs is $300 dollars. These houses are double walled, and insulated with foam board. They weigh 170 lbs. These are solid houses that will hopefully last many many years.

There are limited resources in the villages, and many dogs live outside in Alaska's harsh climate with no shelter at all. Of course we wish all dogs had the option of living inside at least some of the time, but the reality is many live outside 24/7, year round, regardless of the temperature.

Please help us get houses out to our friends in Togiak if you can. Every dollar helps.
