Houseboats Off Grasmere

We are raising money to stop the proposed invasion of 10 x 40 ft Houseboats by The Lowther Estate on Grasmere Lake in The Lake District.
We want to protect the serene environment and The National Park for the enjoyment of all and the Houseboat application presents a very real threat to the area and other small Lakes within the National Park.
We have funded the awareness campaign www.facebook.com/houseboatsoffgrasmere ourselves but we now need financial support to produce professional materials to continue to push the campaign forward.
We will produce professional signage for local businesses and homeowners who have property in prominent locations.
We will run social media campaigns, produce posters and car stickers and every penny will go towards the resistance.
We need the funds immediately as the certificate of lawfulness has been applied for and every day now counts. We need your help to protect our park for future generations and would be immensely appreciative of your support.
