On the morning of January 1st 2018 Robert Lewicki lost everything he owned in a trailer fire in Somerset Twp. Washington County.
This is the latest setback in Roberts’s life. Robert 64 years old was forced into early retirement in 2010 due to a multiple myeloma cancer. After a several year battle he was able to defeat that and was cancer free for 2 years when he was diagnosed in late 2016 with leukemia. With his ongoing health concerns and long stays in the hospital along with the mounting cost of medication he was unable to maintain insurance on his property. With the events of January 1st Robert is trying to get his life back in order and care for himself.
Currently his family is taking him in until he is able to continue on his own.
