House repairs after Irma Flooding

On Monday, September 11, 2017 at 2:30am our entire property(shed yard, and house) got flooded because of Hurricane Irma. The damage to the inside of our house is extensive from the flooding; most of our belongings and furniture were irreparably damaged and unsalvageable and all the flooring and at least 2 feet of drywall has to be ripped out and replaced. All of our appliances had to be hauled out. FEMA is saying that Marion county does not qualify for assistance from them. Unfortunately our insurance will not cover us due to not having flood insurance. Our house still does not power and we do not have a generator to be able to run a dehumidifier that we need to buy in order to get all the moisture out of our house. We need supplies to replace drywall and flooring. We do not have the money for this and are in desperate need of fixing our house and making it livable again.
