House Fire Need Help

The other day my Uncle's home caught on fire, though most of the fire damage was to his belongings and the items in storage in the attic. The ceiling from the attic came down inside of the home causing his sons bedroom, kitchen, and dinningroom to be damaged as well. Their landlord is responsible for fixing the home however, it seems he isn't intent on doing that so they have no where permanent to go.They lost clothing, personal belongings including phone, television, childhood items and more. And now their home.
