My name is Mona and I want to rebuild hope for my cousin with 3 kids after house fire.

On Wednesday , 6 August 2025, my cousin’s life changed in an instant.

A sudden fire broke out in her home in Kampung Tabanak, Lahad satu,Malaysia spreading so quickly that she only had time to grab her three young children — ages 8, 4, and 3 — and run to safety.

Alhamdulillah, they all survived. But when the flames were finally put out, everything was gone.

The fire destroyed all their belongings — clothes, furniture, kitchen items, important documents, and most painfully, her eldest son’s school uniforms, textbooks, and stationery. The kids are left with nothing but the clothes they were wearing that night.

Right now, they are staying temporarily with relatives, but they urgently need help for:

Basic necessities (clothing, food, toiletries)

Temporary shelter until they can rebuild

School uniforms, books, and supplies for the children

Essential household items to start over

I am based in Australia and have set up this GoFundMe on her behalf.
