Hot Rod's Emergency Colic Surgery and Expenses

Rhonda Bolton is one of the kindest, most thoughtful and generous souls in the panhandle. She has given so many lives back to abandoned dogs, elderly horses and animals needing rescue. She's done the same for many people in her life as well. This wonderful woman has more than her fair share of storms but has a heart that would take off her raincoat and give it to you during a downpour.

Four days ago her heart horse and beloved stallion suffered a devastating colic episode resulting in two intestinal twists. He underwent a successful colic surgery and is currently recovering from the ordeal. As many of you may know, surgery on horses is expensive and the recovery requires care and money.
