These families endure unimaginable hardship, struggling against the crushing weight of poverty, displacement, and hunger every day.

Since the onset of the war, food prices in Gaza have skyrocketed to unimaginable levels due to the severe blockade, destruction of infrastructure, and limited supplies entering the region. Basic items that were once affordable are now out of reach for most families:

<div>•	A 25-kilogram sack of flour, which was previously $10, now exceeds $500.

<div>This budget accounts for the cost of sourcing ingredients that are now incredibly scarce and expensive, such as rice, canned goods, and vegetables. It is important to note that this amount does not include fresh meat or chicken, as these have been unavailable in Gaza for months.
