Barlow’s Recovery

Hi, i’m the youngest daughter of Ben and Stephanie Barlow. December 23, 2023 my parents were on the way home from a hunting trip when they involved in a motor vehicle accident where they both were in trapped. My father was airlifted to Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, my mother was sent to Dothan hospital via ambulance. She sustained a broken wrist which required surgery, broken pelvis, and broken toe with multiple bruises and abrasions. My father was placed on ventilator and sustained an open fracture to his right leg, fractured right knee, fractured left ankle, open femur fracture on left. He has already had two surgeries back to back, with more surgeries scheduled. He is being transferred to Gainesville soon. At the time of accident my mother was the only source of income they had working as a home health nurse. At this time due to her injuries will not be returning to work for at least a few months. It’s going to be a long road of recovery for both but more for my father he will have to learn to walk again. Anything will help at this time.
